We are a SIPA-certified builder and licensed log home installer headquartered in Leawood, Kansas. Our team serves clients across the country, with our primary focus in the Kansas City metro area and a 200-mile radius surrounding it.

We build homes from the ground up on your land. That includes custom residences, additions, garages, sheds, and commercial spaces designed around how you actually live.
As a licensed log home installer, we handle everything from new custom log builds to structural repair and full restoration of existing log properties.
Our team is SIPA-certified in Structural Insulated Panel construction, an energy-efficient building method known for superior insulation, durability, and faster completion times.
From full home remodels to basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, attic conversions, and exterior work including siding and roofing, we do it right the first time.
Patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, concrete flatwork, hardscaping, and masonry. We build outdoor spaces with the same care we bring to any interior project.
We handle the full scope of general contracting: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and site supervision from day one through final delivery.

Minjares Development and Construction is based in Leawood, Kansas and operates across the country. Our primary focus is within a 200-mile radius of Kansas City, but we travel to your location and bring the same level of craftsmanship wherever your project takes us.
From Colorado mountain cabins to Louisiana custom homes, we have built in more than a dozen states and continue to expand the reach of our work.
Building Excellence Award
17th Annual SIPA
Award Winner
Minjares and Sons Construction earned the 2019 SIPA Building Excellence Award in the Agriculture category for the Oklahoma Equine Hospital project in Goldsby, Oklahoma.
The 3,800 square foot facility was designed to house Hallmarq equine standing MRI equipment alongside a full surgical suite and lameness examination space. The project is a strong example of what certified SIP construction can accomplish in a specialized setting.
